The Roman Catholic Church's representative at the United Nations has explained why it opposed a statement on the human rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people read out at the General Assembly last week.
Archbishop Celestino Migliore said the Vatican opposed the use of the phrases "gender identity" and "sexual orientation" in the statement as they have no definition in international law and are cultural concepts.
"The Holy See appreciates the attempts made to condemn all forms of violence against homosexual persons as well as urge states to take necessary measures to put an end to all criminal penalties against them," he said.
The Chuch claims that the statement, which was supported by 66 countries, including all 27 EU member states, "goes beyond this goal and instead gives rise to uncertainty in the law and challenges existing human rights norms."
Despite the fact the statement is not legally binding, the Vatican claims it "would create serious uncertainty in the law as well as undermine the ability of states to enter into and enforce new and existing human-rights conventions and standards."
South Africa and the United States of America did not support the initiative.
It does not create new rights but instead builds on similar past initiatives.
It affirms the principle of universality: that all human beings, irrespective of their sexual orientation or gender identity, are entitled to equal dignity and respect.
A cross-regional group of states coordinated the drafting, including Brazil, Croatia, France, Gabon, Japan, the Netherlands, and Norway.
The statement condemned killings, torture, arbitrary arrest, and "deprivation of economic, social and cultural rights, including the right to health."
The participating countries urged all nations to "promote and protect human rights of all persons, regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity," and to end all criminal penalties against people because of their sexual orientation or gender identity.

because I went to a catolic school all my life., everybody bother me when they knew I was bisexual my techer screamed at me and lowed my subjects bad grades when I got grades not that bad., they none expulsed me out of school because I was gay and my counseler always hang my mouth because I was crying I cant forget that.

arte terapia no es homosexualidad

es la historia de la traicion de unas amigas que cuando fui sincera me dieron la espalda.
la pintura 2 es la narracion de la historia de un retiro espiritual donde nos decian que el sexo era malo y la niña que me gustaba dijo quela mataria con un mazo y me alejaron de ella..
no se si es triste o chusco porque yo jamas mataria a nadie.
la pintura tres es la expulsion de la escuela de arte porque una niña que segun era cristiana me acuso el director de la carrera le dijo amis padres.
"que era un gran ejemplo de distorsion sexual. es ese el mexico laico que tenemos esta de risa o de llanto..
mientras en los otros paises se aceptan el matrimonio de homosexuales.... se acepta la adopcion
de hijos se acepta la libertad feminina es ese el mexico en el que vivimos. esta de risa o pa llorar.
el arte adentro de la homosexualidad.
generalmente se dice que el arte esta lleno de gays y lesbianas. pero yo lo llamaria gente que es mas sensible que los demas.
¿como la madre actua cuando sabe que su hija es lesbiana y se quiere quedar a dormir a casa de otra amiga ?

la pintura de abajo estuvo inspirada en la casa de una amiga aquella amiga me gustaba pero ella era heterosexual eramos amigas su hermana se entero de mi atraaccion y me hacia la vida imposible cuando iba a su casa despues acabe teniendo miedo de ir a su casa miedo a ser discriminada.
¿la interaccion de un nino o nina gay con los heterosexuales? y como combatir la homofobia.
la madre de mi amiga me hacia groserias por que sabia que era gay no me la pasaban y obviamente se termino la amistad.

¿hay veces en que los padres quieren la mejor educacion para los hijos ., una educacion laica o catolica?
el mejor consejo que su servidora les da es que sea laica. Yo fui en una escuela catolica donde fui maltratada fisica y psicologicamente por medio de los maestros y alumnos porque me gustaba una niña era lesbiana !!!!! " pero para un joven de 15 16 o 17 anos el hecho de le guste una persona de su mismo sexo no lo hace gay ., ¿porque?., porque es la edad donde el joven experimenta desde la relacion humana con la persona de su sexo opuesto hasta la relacion del propio ser., la determinacion de una carrera y de la mujer de ser esposa o casarse y ser ama de casa como esclava. el joven empieza a explorar su propio cuerpo y la union del otro cuerpo porque enla vida real a esta edad es cuando los jovenes comienzan su vida sexual prematura . cuando entre a la universidad me acerque al arte porque primero estudiaba ciencias de la comunicacion en una clase que se llamaba interrelacion personal conoci el arte terapia y me apasione de la pintura., pues mis primeros cuadros se los hice a una chica que me gustaba de la universidad. la pinte como obsesionada loca y trastornada., despues fui descubriendo que todo el maltrato fisico profesional y psicologico de la escuela catolica, y los pasajes de la pelicula donde mis padres me golpeaban porque sabian que me gustaban las ninas los comenze a pintar y todo ese stress y pensamientos se fueron puliendo y desapareciendo . me sali de la universidad y me meti a una escuela de arte donde me expulsaron porque me gustaba una niña.- estas imagenes son algunas. de los pasajes,.
la primera imagen es la historia cuando mi madre por primera vez me encontro un diario donde hablaba de la primera niña que me gustaba recuerdo que agarro el diario y lo quemo en mi cara y me dio una bofetada y me salio sangre y me dijo con una mujer no primero prefiero que estes muerta cuando vi mi sangre y me padre me jalo de los pelos hasta hacerme incar y me dijo pide perdon a dios y yo le decia no perdoname papa a mi no me tienes que pedir perdon dios te tiene que perdonar. " ¿porque meter a dios en estas cosas si dios dice que debemos de dar amor? mis padres cambiaron su actitud con el tiempo cuando yo le dije a mi padre una vez que queria tener un bebe por inseminacion artificial me dijeron tienes caca en el cerebro.

la adopcion.
